culd u tell how u do this stuff..cuz ive been wondering how shinkawa does it..and this stuff is really close to his work!

Had a look at some of Shinkawa's work, (specifcally [link]) while I'm not sure how he did it you could emulate the same type of thing by scanning in your drawing and using a median filter to create the same line art effect (also using high contrast). Set the line art to multiply and then use a water colour or wet oil in Painter to create the free/hinted look he has. I'm not very familar with traditional mediums, but digitally that process should give you a similar look, although the main strength in that work is with his colour choices and free/easy movement he has with the brush.
